I ordered two pair of shoes from Rios. When they did not arrive after two weeks I made attempts to contact them but heard nothing. I found a complaint about this company on the Scambook site - and then made a claim to Paypal. Two days later an envelope with a shower cap arrived in the mail and today Paypal closed my dispute claiming the seller provided proof of shipment. I am equally disgusted with Paypal, especially since reading similar stories about this company!
