It has been two weeks and three days that our A/C units have been stolen from work and we the employees are concern about our health because it is really hot up to 112 degrees in the store. We want to know what we can do in this type of situation or what rights do we have, because we think it is not suitable to work in these conditions. There is no windows only the front door and the back door and there is no air ventilating through the store. Even customers complain constantly.
