1734 Kicked out of store for reporting malicious employee behavio

Lately I was at this particular Walmart and because I have been complaining about an associate's behavior in the way she does whatever she pleases and gets away with it while other are being fired over the same things she is doing. Because I basically was standing up for my rights is another way of putting it. This particular store has a store manager that does not know how to run his employees and have them trained properly. Management does not even know how to follow procedures in making sure that a person is initially kicked out. I that day was kicked out basically because I was suppose to avoid an employee and do to her always there harrassing me when I come through the door when she is door greeting. Then she go to either lunch or break or off the clock and then follows people around the store rather than to punch out. This person is basically the queen and thinks she owns walmart. She has had numerous people kicked out for no unknown reason. But she is still working there and is still creating problems for many customers. Many customers have complained about her but managment still keeps her on board. Why I do not know. She is not good at what she does. When customers are coming through the door that she feels that are a threat she will ignore the beep from the scanners and never bother to catch what is going out the door. She is more interested in what is coming in the store than what what is going out. This person needs to be fired along with getting a new set of managment that knows how to run a business. You can not just kick someone out because they complain about a certain employee. I call this racism and discrimination against the rights as a consmer.
