Advertised tutu dresses to be delivered in 4-8 days. The dress was for my granddaughters prom. They took payment from my account but never delivered the dress. When I called for a delivery day I was told it would be delivered by June 5 which was too late for prom. Requested to stop order because it would arrive after prom and they responded with if you cancel order we can only receive back 10% of amount paid.
