I received a text message informing me that my phone bill was charged $9.99. This was an unauthorized charge for an app I did not order. The charge was for a "renewal." My investigation revealed that they had charged my phone bill in the previous month also. The customer service person at US Cellular was very helpful and has cancelled the subscription and requested a refund for both months. The company may be legitimate, but their manner of getting subscribers is not. They are doing it through 3rd party status with other apps. Always read ALL of the conditions before accepting an agreement for using an app.
