Horrible service

We reserved a limousine through the corporation so when we reached the airport, the driver wasn't there. After waiting fifteen minutes I called the organization. The dog owner Jason responded and swore at me (stated the f-word a half doze times). He hung-up the telephone on me and named me a retard all due to his error. The driver was in the incorrect final and he ultimately discovered us. He explained this was an extremely typical issue using the operator and he swore at clients everyday. DON'T USE THIS SERVICE! We employed something for the return journey which was half the cost and include no swearing, cursing, or obnoxiousness. I can't think this guy continues to be running a business. I have created a proper problem using the Better Business Institution with this organization.
