I ordered a back pack on EBAY.com, and in the notes I said he was responsible for shipping. But odiefashion@centurytel.net charged me $10.00 Economy shipping
any way. I complained to EBAY.com, but as any buyer on EBAY knows your talking to wall (they do not listen) or respond.
