After selling my family home against my will, (another consumer problem to be told separately), my RV was to have a new rebuilt Jasper engine installed, which was to take myself, and pets, cross country, and to live on the beach, in Galveston, TX, while searching for a new home. It was suppose to be ready in 10 days, 1/2 payment up front, and 1/2 when complete. The new engine worked badly. My old engine worked but I had wanted the Jasper put in, as it was going to be a long trip. It broke down several times, just trying to pull it out of their lot, (and they had received the final payment). Finally, I took it to another mechanic to fix the electrical damage they caused, among other things. This was approximately 8 months later.

They were 2 brothers, "Bobby and Billy". I was cursed at, Billy pulled his pants down in front of me. They had me make out the 2 checks, in their parent's names, probably to avoid taxes and for Bobby to avoid increasing his child support.

Finally I started the trip southwest. After 3 major breakdowns, including 1 interstate that the police were searching for a rapist/murderer, my pets and I abandoned the RV.

This financial loss, along with the previously reported loss of 40,000 due to GM/Apple Chevrolet, Riverhead, NY, and a $439,000.00 due to Citibank, (still to be reported), I am practically homeless, now disabled, and desperately need the pressure put on these 2 brothers to return the funds I gave them and the funds spent at my breakdowns.

Writing to NYS government sites didn't help as they said I didn't complain within 30 days. They would not tell me what the 30 days was for. I have all receipts, and confirmation from the company that sells Jasper engines, that Family Automotive did not buy a Jasper engine for my RV or anyone else in Suffolk County, LI, NY.
