Purchased defective Chevy Blazer from Apple Chevrolet, Riverhead, NY. Even though major systems went down, they would not fix it, and I had a 75,000 mile GM warranty. 2 other Chevy dealers on Long Island also were not approved to fix the Blazer. A local licensed mechanic finally got approval after much time to correct electrical system, cooling system, but when the transmission went, a 4 wheel drive transmission, GM sent me a message to shut me up. They went to my mechanic's shop and took my Blazer in the middle of winter, leaving me with no way to get to my teaching job, approximately 50 miles away. They would not answer my calls. The Blazer reappeared over 2 weeks later with a message that there was nothing wrong with the trainee, even though my mechanic detailed what was wrong. I also documented the problem, with "Nick's Transmissions", Setauket, NY. I couldn't keep up the bank payments and pay over $4000 to fix the Blazer, leaving me with no alternative but to let the bank have it. I was (and still am, a single mom), this cost me almost a year's salary before taxes. Can you help? The NYS Attorney General was Spitzer at the time, so I'm sure you know whAT HE WAS DOING INSTEAD OF HIS JOB. Ann L. Mutschle
