I received my order from LumaGloss on 19.5.12. On trial offer terms they outlined they have a monthly continuity program of which you can use the products for 30 days and if you which to cancel to contact them by day 30 otherwise 'you agree' to be billed at £99.95. They also stated if you're not completly satisfied with the product, simply contact their customer service department to receive your unique RMA number to note that on the form before it can be returned. The number they have on all documentation is: 44 (0) 808 168 3932 between the hours of 9am-5pm Mon-Fridays & Saturdays 10am - 2pm.
I tried this number several times and got a reply that 'the number I have tried has not been recognised, please check and try again'! I've also sent them 3 emails to the customer service and support team and all have 'bounced back' into my inbox.
I'm now at loggerheads as what to do as day 30 is fast approching and I cannot get through to them.
Everyone gives a good review on how the product is good but no one has mentioned whether they have or had any problems in contacting them about getting through to them.
