Di-lady rang out of the blue. Had previous details and that l was not happy last time and had problems using the product. Was told the product now improved and would issuse 2 packages for the price of 1 with increased accom value and packages. C/c details taken and promised confirmation would be sent by email that day. Of course no email and even charged double on C/C. Rec, d one call from Di would speak to owner in Ballarat and then no response since. Have rang 10 times and l/mess only recorded mess on ph no. 9017 9086. Message changed after a couple of calls stating problems with phone messages and pls details so they can call you back. No response or reply Angry that l got suckered twice but l will be passing the word around that their business is mud!!!
