This was actually my father-in-law, he was sent a post card in the mail stating that he could become an independent refund processor. (FHA & HUD refunds).
I looked it up and found that this a scam and they prey on elderly folks that are on fixed incomes. They charge 33.00 per month. I went to the FHA website, and they warn people about this business scam.
