I applied for a loan from Flagship Mutual 350 church street 12th floor Hartford cT.
860 924 1920. I gave them up front 1620.00. After waiting 2 weeks they said the bank backed out of the deal. I was told I would get a full refund of 1620.00 this was in march and i am still waiting. They never answer their phone but 2 days ago I called them and the person I talked to said my refund was all ready to go but I had to send them 180.00. I called the CT. State Attorney Generals office
and they want all the paperwork I have and they will assign an investigator to the case. I am also calling the IRS since a crime has been committed here and i wonder how many other people they did this to. I will not give up on this.
