I contacted Taps 4 less on their website, taps 4 less.com, to purchase a shower enclosure, they took payment from debit card, of £403, I was then emailed to tell me that the goods had been "picked and packed" from their warehouse and picked up by their courrier, DPD and would arrive within the next day or two, having not been contacted or the goods arriving I phoned taps 4 less on the 8th May only to be told the goods had not been sent, or at their unit and would be dispatched the following Friday, I asked for my money back, have waited over 30 days and after numerous phone calls and being fobbed off with "only the md can make refunds"- who is never available, am now instigating a small claims court order. This company is based at cloverlay industrial park, canterbury lane, rainham, kent. Me88gl.
