I was having trouble with my computer. I have Norton360 installed, I called the support line number on their website. I was referred to ITechLine Support. They informed me I had a major trojan virus and would clean it for $199.95, while doing this they ask to look at my other computers (another desktop and laptop) they also said they had the trojan virus. They supposedly cleaned them for $109.95 each. Two days later I experienced problems with the first computer they cleaned. Called them they ran the normal Norton cleanup and found nothing wrong. I am trying to located a person in the United States to talk with to see if they contract with Symantec, the Norton products, to do support. I have yet to get anyone, so far I have talked with several in India and a person in the Phillipines.
