Archives.com - False Advertising for $97.88 on 05/14

This advertisement from AuraVie is massive, colorful and believable because older ladies want it to be so. Plus they have click here to get your risk free sample only pay for shipping... You'd be asleep by the time you ever reached the tiny print that says "Terms and conditions"http://www.getmyauravie.com/? AFID=166942&SID=241&ClickID=06_20029250_7da7ac5c-3e53-44d3-800c-e
I've placed a complaint with the BBB in Ca where this company has this AuraVie name and an AKA name too.
I've made a bank complaint, I called the company, only to be insulted. I made comments on line, and was sassed by an employee for it. Now I can't even find the comments, so I guess they are able to erase the worst or best comments that don't make them look good!
I received a very small box containing 3 small items of skin care. My invoice says S&H $3.02 and then. 00 period. Not one mention that they were going to take money out of my account when I knew nothing at all about it!
This seems to be happening to a lot of women, especially older ones as myself, because they think we are feeble, half blind or have hidden resources. Yes some of us I guess are wealthy, but many are not.
It's a matter of principle and false advertizing, and unauthorized withdrawal from one's personal bank account. They tried earlier, of course you don't know in time to place a stop pymt. I didn't have enough to cover it. As soon as my Social Security check was deposited they took it! And the fee is called -DMA so when someone (I did) calls the bank for automated service. It just gives your balance and lists withdrawal by co. Well, I didn't know any company named dma so there are obviously several ways this place is trying to hide what they are doing and get money not allowed to them for a purchase of anything! I have been ill, very nervous and upset and wondering how they can get away with this! Please don't let them! I should sue for emotional distress and everything else that goes with it. HELP! $100 is not a huge amount, but for NOTHING? It is completely wrong. Here is proof! Http://www.getmyauravie.com/? AFID=166942&SID=241&ClickID=06_20029250_7da7ac5c-3e53-44d3-800c-e

They are a ripoff. They told me I was receiving a free sample - only paying for shipping. Then they charged my credit card $97. They hung up the phone on me and my credit card rep
