This is an honest, sincere report not trying to ruin someone's reputation. This are FACTS and are willing to cooperate with any law enforcement agency to prosecute Anthony Melgarstainner, Tony Melgar.

He claims to be the owner of La Rioja Latin Bistro in San Francisco, goes by Anthony Melgarstainner, Tony Melgar is a RAPIST! He misleads young gay men offering them regular work and takes advantage of them doesn't pay them, drugs them, rapes them (in my brother's case he was lucky to escape after he locked him in his house for 3 days) He
targets young gay men and usually the naive, pretty boy type. Is a FACT He hires young gay escorts, takes advantage of them, drugs them, rapes them. (There are complains available with a Google search)

Who knows what else that scumbag is capable of doing to people. He is a rapist and we have proof, he's got fraud charges against him and the DA has been notified about him. His criminal activity is known to be over 5 years as we have gathered
information from different sources. We are pursuing legal action against this PIG and if anyone has information to add to his file please feel free to contact us or the DA's office. Please be aware! And If you know his where abouts PLEASE report it to the authorities! He is a rapist and a criminal! His demeanor is very mellow, he likes to pretend he is a wealthy man but he is a criminal and nothing else. He is overweight (180-250lbs) claims to be bisexual, has darkish skin, looks Latin/Mexican, speaks English and Spanish, (supposedly works or worked for Iberia Airlines and supposedly is from Spaniel background).

He drives different cars one of them being an SUV and a gold and black BMW, he has a white woman working as his assistant helping him with illegal criminal activity and has connections with some owners/gay bars/gay clubs in San Francisco. He pursues young gay men, and young gay escorts on the popular gay hook up and gay escort websites to take advantage of them resulting in minimum raping, abusing them. Please DO NOT meet him but do report him and information
you gather from him to the police specifically the DA's office. He travels a lot to Las Vegas, Los Angeles but he resides and has connections in Oakland, CA/San Francisco, CA. His information is below, he uses different phone #s, cars and changes his name around to disguise himself and his criminal activities.
