Fraud and dishonest xm sales person

Xm radio is the worse company i have done business with in the ;art 50 years. I bought a new car and called to have my xm radio service turned-on. Well this is where the problem starts. I spoken with an xm sales person who confirmed i was ordering a 1 year service for a promotional rate of 59.00 for one year. She asked if it was ok to charge my credit card and i agreed. That was the easy part now listen carefully
a few days later there at my door is a box from xm radio and i open it and in it was a portable xm radio and a gift card for 50.00. Oh brother i said to myself what scam is this. Well went i called xm radio i was on hold for 30 min before anyone picked up. Then i asked the customer service person what was this box all about and what did i buy according to there records. Are you ready for one lie after another.
I was first told it was a gift and i said you mean free and she said yes then i said what was charged on my credit card and she said 27.44 for 5 month service and thats it? She said yes. Lie! Then i said i was told i was to pay 59.00 for 1 year service. Oh no impossible. Another lie then i said i want to return the radio and this person said i would get a credit back and i said what credit you just told me it was free. It is but you don't understand. I said oh yes i do cancel my entire order. I can't you need an rsa # so now i wait 45 min for that number which they charged my credit card 64.00 for this free radio and 27.44 for 5 month service. I could not speak to anyone that was upper management. Scam
i could go on as they just keep telling you to hold on and they will check for something. So i said i want to listen to your recorded conversation of my order so we can all see the lies that xm was committing and they told me i need a court order. I said forget this company and no wonder why they have so many problems. I cancelled this order and my order i had for the last 3 years that i had no idea how much i was paying. Shame on me. 47.00 for every 3 months.
So hear me loud and clear run from doing business with this company as i have read way to many of the scam complaints from the public who have tried this service.
