I was given a donation through citibank ukraine, by jim and carolyn mccullar, i receive about five messages through email, before i responded, and i was sent information as how to go about receiving my donation, as i contacted the bank, i receive many email's on how to follow their instruction, before my money would be release to me, i was given al least 4 maybe 5 different release date, then one email came stating that i needed to sent more money after i am not a resident in ukraine, i refuse to send more money, i then send a few email's to the guy who was suppose to donate this money to me, and i never receive any respond so i decided to look on rio of report.com for information, i didn't find anything about this bank so i decided to keep on checking different website to find and answer and to warn other's. I all ready fill this report out about 30 minutes ago and as i was about to sign in my computer shut off, and i had to re do message. Thank you
