I receive about 5 email from jim &carolyn mccullar, the large lottery, winner's of one hundred ninety million dollars, frist i didn't bother to read the mail then after so man came i decided to read all, they said that they were donation a large donation to me through citibank ukraine, and they sent information on how i should follow the bank instruction for a east transfer to my bank, i follower all instruction, and was given at least four release date's in which were constanly being change, then i foward all email to jim an carolyn, with no return mail, i was in contact with the guy who claim to be the chief accounting officer (local/foreign), last contact monday june 4th, i was told the security had but my money on hold due to me not being a local resident, and it would be release in 12 hour's which was monday, i get no respond to phone or email.
