I signed a contract with adt to protect my home from vandalism on year 2009 and agreed to pay $35.00 per month, but they were deducting from my bank account electronic payments of $43.54 all these years without providing any protection to my home. I found out that there was no protection when i broke in through a window and the alarm never sounded, called the company and they said that i had to pay any way because i signed a contract. This is 2012 and they are still charging me and accumulating late charges and calling 5 times a day because i suspended the payments from my bank debit card
