They play on family who have fallen on hard time and prey on the weak. This firm is a scams. I don't think that they have any professional employees on staff. They will take your money, lazy when returning phone calls, and information in an timely fashion, the admin that was assigned to my cast have no info about the case, late in picking up the info, didn't return my calls, impersonated me on the phone to the realtor who represent the bank in the program in the Key's for Cash program. It was devasting to lose my home due to someone neglect which cause further damages. She sent out e-mails for me to cut and paste and send in to the TX evictions dept. No one said that they represent me and I went to court by myself and ask me to file bankruptucy and no fall up on that! The company should be closed and ordered to pay everyone there money back. This shirade cost me more than I could have image. So, by me putting damages on this I mean boxes for moving, the truck to move-in, storages units, late fees, motel room, lost wages for the time I have to take off of work to deal with this mess which the firm was going to handle!
