I attened a siminar with this agency and wasnt allowed to leave until I "singed" a contract. Regardless, I had the option to cancel the contract. After returning home I tried to call MR. Wolfe he hasnt returned any of my calls and I have had several instance where they told me that I cannot cancel the contract but it says it in Black and white I have a copy. I havent recieved any BILLS for my monthly payment in 4 months! Yet, I recieved a call from a collection agency?!?! WHERE's MY BILL, JAY? Oh that right they have been trying to charge my credit card they had on file and that was CLEARLY not in the contract! It stated Paper billing! So I am engagin in legal action against this GPS Resort Services in Sevierville TN Director of Sales JAy Wolfe. Oh forgot to mention I tried to use the vacation planning and told the women where I wanted to stay in Florida, she told me that I could stay there and if I wanted to to call them myself?!? WHAT the heck did I buy this for? So after that is when I have been trying to cancel my "contract" (crap) STAY AWAY! Its a scam!!!
