Communications Company Fails at Communication

About two months ago, we ordered ATT for all our office operations - 3 landlines, a VERY expensive T1 line, U-verse and two iPhones. I wish we would have never opened that box of surprises. EVERY service we have ordered through then has been terrible except the iPhone plans. First of all, the T1 line took so long to come in that we had to order U-verse internet. While trying to set that up and get a technician to start it up I spent 8 hours on the phone while 15 different customer service reps told me to do a different thing. 3 different accounts were set up under our name and had to be cancelled. We received no communication on the T1 line and when it would arrive, how it would be set up until 6 weeks out and I had to contact then in order to get information. Finally, our phone lines were disconnected for a missed payment when it had cleared our account that day. They then disconnected our phones 2 more times even though I had called and talked to people to make sure the payment had gone through. No one can offer me any kind of compensation for the time and money lost on these issues - about a weeks worth of time and payroll. I would not recommend their services to anyone.
