Direct Buy
Major scam!

Let me start off with how bad they pressure you when you go in to find out what Direct Buy has to offer. After 2 hours of being held hostage, I finally gave in and joined. BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE! So I figured since I signed up I would order my furniture from them. AGAIN, BIG MISTAKE!!! It took 10 weeks for my furniture to come in and when I went to pick it up there was a tear on the back of the couch. They said they could have someone fix it and that it would be like new. I said ok and then 3 WEEKS LATER I still had not heard from them regarding my couch. I called and they said they had to order the panel and that it hadn't come in yet. That afternoon I got a call from the lady in the warehouse and she said it came in the mail and they would have the guy fix it. A week later I got my couch and now it has several little rips in it where the guy tried to fix it. It looks like a 3 year old did the repair!!! In the mean time I had ordered an entertainment center and it was scheduled to be in on May 17. I called on May 29th and was told that it would now be December before it would be in!!! Unbelievable!!! I told them I wanted to cancel my order and get my money back. They said it would take 45 days to receive a refund (it only took them 45 seconds to take my money). Needless to say, I will never order from them again! What a waste of money!!! Oh and by the way, I found the exact same furniture for $150.00 less at a retailer! All i can say is, don't bother even going in the door because they will corner you with their high pressure sales and you will regret it!!! As far as customer service goes, there isn't any!!!
