Charged Twice And Manager Put Caller On Hold For 29 Minutes

This is my third review/comment and I'm yet to hear from anyone to try to rectify the situation. My name is Jasmin and I was charged twice at ur mirrors plains location when I called the manager put me on hold for 29 min when I hung up and called back they had closed, unbelievable how I was treated. I called back the next day and the manager couldn't even understand me n did nothing about me being overcharged. I would like for someone to respond to me. My email is [removed]
