I bought a Toshiba Satellite 3 months ago. The hard drive is bad. I cannot get it fixed without the back up CDs. I cannot get back up CDs without paying $189. I was told that they are on the hard drive, which is why they were not given to me when I bought the computer. The problem is - the hard drive is bad and my computer will not start.
