CheapOair and their flight insurance rips people off - CheapOair and flight insurance

My husband and I planned to go on a vacation, purchased tickets and flight insurance in case an emergency came up. Well we both lost our jobs. I called to get my refund and Travel X Insurance said losing both our jobs is not an emergency. I now have a charge on my credit card for plane tichets that I can't afford to use. I could use the money to make my house payment. Its just not right. I will be letting all my friends and family not to use their service. I know a lot FB friends...
