Did not receive rebate back

I purchased the Norton internet security from Fry's for $50. I should get back $50 rebate as advertised and as stated on the receipt. I did not get back the rebate and it has been 8 months. I sent in the original receipt, the rebate form and the product number cut from the package. I wrote them again on January 17, but no response so far. They are doing false advertising. I want my rebate money back.
