May 15 29.95 was charged to my checking. I called to inquire and told it was a process fee for application process, told them I didn't submit app. And was told I'd be mailed 31.00 in a visa card. 6/04 I called about not recieving refund and told I must have missed email directing me to subscribe for the refund. Never got that email.
