I applied for a job through Indeed.com and a couple of days later I received an email from a Jane Jackson at Hall and Jackson recruiting in regards to my application. The email stated that I had been chosen for the interview stage and therefore I needed to click on the link provided to complete a screening evaluation, interview booking, and free credit report check. After not hearing back from them I started doing some research and found Dina's complaint on this website. I then checked my credit card and found a charge for $21.20. I called Creditreport.com and explained everything that happened and so they refunded the money back to me and cancelled the membership which I had no idea I had been signed up for. I also reported what happened to Indeed.com and they are investigating the manner.
