I found a listing on Craigslist for a rent to own. So I called the number and same thing placed me in que, so I waiting until someone picked up. I asked all kinds of questions about how it worked i.E.: if the person owe's more than the house is appraised out what is the selling price? They told me that which ever was the lesser of the two. I can not believe what a scam this is. I also drove by the street that states the house was on and talked to the owner and their house did not have a remodeled kitchen like the craigslist ad stated and it is not a pre-foreclosure at all. This is a total scam!!
