Spyera claimed to monitor text messages, facebook messages, Internet messages, monitor phone calls.in the two and half months that we had it installed, it worked TWICE. "Customer service" consisted of automated messages. There is no telephone number to call. Our service was SO BAD that we created a webpage that documents our two and half month nightmare with them: www.spyera. Homestead.com.

We are finally getting our money refunded from merchant services but Spyera had it tied up for two months.

Avoid this company at all costs!
