Impossible approval of credit card - charge will stay on your card for weeks

On April 20 and again on April 26 I attempted to buy Spyera through plimus. I received this response three times with two credit cards:

I finally had to go buy a prepaid visa at 7/11 to be able to make the purchase. I attempted to buy the software a fourth time on April 26 after Plimus canceled my successful prepaid visa order incorrectly, after I had complained about the charges on my credit card.

16 days later, and these charges are still pending on my credit card. Plimus has stopped responding to my emails, blaming the bank, the bank says they cannot do anything as long as the charges are pending. Here are screenshots proving these charges are still pending and not removed from my credit card:

Avoid plimus. There credit card system is overly burdensome, and if your charge is declined, it will be on your account for weeks.

ALSO: spyera uses the EXACT same software as flexispy, except there is no customer service with spyera, and Flexispy has live chat. Flexispy is cheaper per month.
