Lies

I was offered a certain channel lineup for a price and when I got my satellite setup I found out I did not have those channels and I was told that was a different package, of course a more expensive one.
I was told I was getting free dvr and I was being setup with a conventional reciever.
I was told that with credit card autopay I would get free HD and tIt turnd up that was true but the sales rep didn't set it up so I could bnot get it now.
