Total rip off, no consideration for customer, totally unreliable

We called Rothstein to have our air conditioner looked at and cleaned. We were told of the price but misinformed as to what they actullay do for $40.00.

We were also told we will be there by 3pm and never even received a courtesy call that the technician would be late, He finally called at 6:30 to say he would be coming, doesnt this company ever hear of calling the consumer to say, hey we will be late, nooooooo, company phones go off before 3pm.

When he finally came he took cover off, took a vacuum for maybe 3 minutes and said you need a new airconditioner, that was it, no oiling, no cleaning and a waste of time and money, not to mention how overpriced they are to ever buy a unit from them..
I would never, ever recommend the and am stopping payment on my check for the way we were treated and the service we received.

This company should be shut down and eliminated.
