My brother called collect from the Norco Prison. WiMacTel, Inc. Charged me 36.18 for a 3 minute call!!! This was put on my March Verizon Bill. I called and spoke to someone named Barbara who said that was their fee and the caller had an opportunity to obtain the charges before calling? I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said their wasn't one!!! He has been calling for two years threw Global tel Link and the charges are 1.49 for 15 minutes? What is going on with this company? How are they getting away with doing this to people? Especially with the economy the way it is!!!
