Ordered the trial offer @ $4.95 S&H they billed my account for $109.67!!! (as a recurring debit!). I called the company... After talking to two people and several "offers" later to "see what they could do for my account" they agreed to refund $79.95 and I keep the product. I figured the product prob. Was worth the difference - but feel I should have stuck firm for the entire amount. It is a BS rip-off that infuriates me. The employee kept saying that all of the conditions were listed on the offer. I had seen the FREE TRIAL offer on my homepage and clicked directly on the trial. There was no "agreement" or fine print. She kept saying for me to go to their website... I said I had not been on the website. Today I checked my history and the same link was there... However, when trying to click on the link it kept pulling up Google? Don't know what this is about. I feel stupid for falling for yet another scam. No more.
