Shop-Cora Shoes (shower cap instead of Sperrys!)

I ordered a pair of Sperry top-siders from "shop-cora.com" for $45.90. I thought I was getting a great deal considering that these same shoes on the official Sperry website for around $80! I waited and waited for my order to arrive. Emailed the company - email was non-existent. This is when I began to get suspicious. So I called the number on their website - also non-existent. Today, almost a month later, I recieved a shower cap via china UPS. The adress is clearly made up: Xiaoya Yang, Hfdufkjasduw KHfdeufihf Highfsd, GUANGDONG CHINA 518128. I cannot get my money back because PayPal has record of me recieving a package. I want to stop this from happening to anyone else.
