After getting charged the $699 to have them help get our credit card interest rates lowered, we were charged a 2nd time. I did get the fee returned but then was charged a 3rd time. After calling and calling, not getting returned calls about my accounts and getting the fee credited back, I have now been trying to call them again only to find out the phone number has been disconnected. Great. Needless to say I am not happy at all and wish I would have never been contacted by this company.
