Staff members: Rosannah Kingsbury and Michelle Siufanua Judges staff throws mother under the bus

I had cc'd a letter addressed to the San Diego County Superior Court regarding correspondence with CPS in Arizona to be added to my divorce file. It certainly wasnt the first time i had done this (or the other party for that matter). Somehow it ended up on the desk of Judge Evan P. Kirvin. So I receive a letter from his Judicial Secretary Rosannah Kingsbury stating "the court cannot accept communication of this nature. I am forwarding your correspondence to the "other litigant" involved in this case". Not returned to me. Its very obvious in the correspondence that he is very aware of the situation. But it's like she's trying to incite problems. He has a history of domestic violence and child assault (hence the correspondence with CPS) and she has to know this. Its in the file. So I call and spoke with the clerk Michelle Siufanua. She asked why I was calling and I explained there was an issue I either needed to speak to someone about or file a complaint about. I explained the situation at her request. She immediately got defensive telling me to get a local lawyer. I told her I cannot afford a lawyer and I know there are procedures for filing complaints and would like that information. So it got heated and needless to say I hung up. So, that's where the situation is at right now. I'm just really beside myself at the maliciousness of the court employee. Is it really THAT bad out there???
