I had a problem with Microsoft Outline on my new Toshiba laptop. I found a reference of ITech company on the internet under the Microsoft Office service address. When I contacted them, I asked whether they are part of the Microsoft Co. The answer was that they are not but are an authorized service center of Microsoft. They assured me that they can fix my computer for $199.99. When I hung up, they called me back and told me that they will charge me less, namely $149.99. Then they switched me to the "Service Department". A technician with a heavy Indian accent went on the remote control of my computer and worked almost two hours. Then suddenly the connection was interrupted. I called several time. Only after about 30 minutes, I got somebody at the Service Department, another Indian, and found out that the previous technician botched up the work. This other fellow told me that the Office software is corrupted and then worked on it for almost an hour and finally, I could get e-mails. Next day I left for a business trip to Europe and after two days there the Outlook stopped working completely. Then I found out that the entire Ofice software did not work. So I was stuck.

After return, I removed a software their software the first technician left on my laptop and within 20 minutes of work I completely reinstalled all my e-mail accounts and restored the Office software and to this day everything works well.

One thing what these "experts" do, is that they show you how badly your registers are damaged and assure you that they will fix it.

After all this, I checked on the ITech Co. And found out that they claim to be specialists also on softwares other than Microsoft. There are many complains on the internet regarding this company reporting exorbitant charges, lies and botched up "repairs".
