Cheating customers

I stopped by the Kiosk in the mall to see what the product was and how much. I was talking to a nice young man when his co-worker approached me and said he could give me a better deal. The co-worker was James and the original young man I was speaking with was Andrew. James began telling me he could do this that and the other for this price. Then as the conversation progressed he was adding other prices for things I was not understanding and that the man Andrew had told me were not necessary. When I asked James why I would need these extra features he cussed about what Andrew had said and called his co-worker a fucked up dude. I found James to be twitchy and hyper and I did not trust his dealings at all. I went back to Andrew and asked him about the whole situation and he would not say anything bad about this James, but said that the company, Ghost Armour, gave them certain prices for certain features depending on the equipment the customer had. I was so uncertain due to this James, that I left and came back a couple of weeks later to find out they had let Andrew go and James said the company supported his means of getting sales any way he could. I object to companys like this that rip off customers and have supervisors and managers who support their employees that cheat people. This company needs to be investigated as I have heard other stories about this company and how they cheat customers and now I know they keep the cheating employees and let the honest ones go. If this company backs its cheating employees, how much do they cheat their employees that try to do their best??? Stay away from Ghost Armour!!!
