I worked with BOA for almost a year to get a loan modification. I was told several time that I was aproved and the paper work would be sent in a few days. After numerous agent worked on the file and asking for the same information over and over I was not given the modification.

I then started a short sale in July. An offer was received and I was provided I would be given a relocation amount. The amount was $750, then $1,000 up to $4,000. I was given an MOCK1 HUD closing showing the $4,000 from bank america. After several months of several BOA negotiators the was change to $1,500 one week before closing. I fulfilled the requirnments BOA asked for to recleive the $4,000. Breach of contract with BOA but nothing seems to be nothing can be done about it. I was told if I didn't sign the sales contract I would be sued for breach of contract.
