We purchased a 2005 GMC vehcile from Newby Buick in St. George, Utah. They convinced us to purchase the warranty program from Signet. I contacted them a few times by phone but they told me I had to wait until April to notify them. When I tried to notifiy them in April, I had the letter returned and the phone number wasn't going through. This was such a scam and they should be held responsible for the claims or the dealer's should be responsible.
