Ordered free trial jar of anti wrinkle cream but had to contact company to say it was causing a rash. Employee was charming and said not to worry they would cancel the order if I just paid the "£2.49 " I need not send the pot and contacts back. Now 2 months later I have been advised that there is a payment plus interest for over "£100" due on my debit card account. I have (only yesterday) shredded the correspondence and have no details of the address in the UK, phone no or even their address.
