Have just ordered pura silk trial but on reading ur forum have decided to cancel my order, however I have been told I cannot cancel as it has been shipped! Only ordered it 3 hours ago... I have to wait to receive the product and then call them back for a RMA number to cancel my order!!! What can I do?
