A new vehicle extended service agreement was purchased on May 25 to run through May 25 or 100,000 miles from Signet Financial Group. With the condition if it was not used for any covered warranty work a full refund of $1800.00 would be issued upon a written request. Now we found out it's a useless piece of paper.
