I do not know. I went to withdraw some money from my account and when i tried the desired amount was not there. I checked my account online and found 2 unauthorized withdrawls on the same day. To my further surprise i discovered that monies had been withdrawn from my account since the 11th of august.
Basically, i am completely unaware of how, why and where my money has gone and i would like to have my bank find who is responsible for this fraud.
