I responded to a letter I got in the mail in January of this year. I searched on-line for any info on them and only got their web site. I found no complaints at that time. I proceeded with the alleged refi, and once I had paid their fees, I have never heard from them again. Their customer service seems to be a voice mail that results in nothing. I called the number of the "agent" I dealt with, Patrick Kojima, if that is his real name, and got the customer service voice mail again. Looks like a scam...
